MH-139 Operations Technicians Malmstrom AFB, MT $35.89 - $48.07/Hour Active Secret Clearance Required to Start We are hiring Aircraft Operations Technicians in Malmstrom AFB, MT, to support the MH-139 helicopter program across aircraft maintenance, modification, inspection, avionics, structural, and weapons systems operations. This role requires an active Secret Clearance, military aircraft maintenance experience, and hands-on expertise in troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems to maintain rotorcraft flight readiness and mission capability. Responsibilities: * Assemble, disassemble, modify, and upgrade aircraft systems and components * Perform and oversee aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities * Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems to isolate faults and complete repairs * Configure aircraft systems and bench test equipment for operational validation * Conduct validation and verification testing of aircraft systems and components * Inspect components and verify repairs meet flightworthiness and safety standards * Document maintenance actions, test results, and modifications to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance * Support mechanical, avionics, structural, or weapons systems maintenance as assigned Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience) * Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (active within the last 24 months); must be a U.S. citizen * Minimum 3+ years of military aircraft maintenance experience * Rotorcraft and/or MH-139 experience preferred * Technical Skills: * Experience troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems * Proficiency with aircraft maintenance tools and precision instruments (e.g., torque wrenches, micrometers, dial indicators, test equipment, sheet metal tools) * Certifications (Preferred): * A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) License (current or prior) * Work Requirements: * Willingness to work variable or multiple shifts * Ability to work onsite 100% Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer Your Recruiter What to Expect * Applicants selected for employment will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation, which may include education, criminal, and work history verifications. * Accepted applicants will be eligible for benefits, including medical and supplemental insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
