A leading food manufacturing organization is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead and continuously strengthen its Health & Safety and training programs. This is a key leadership role based at their site in Great Falls, MT - responsible for safeguarding employees, ensuring regulatory compliance, and reinforcing a culture of safety excellence across operations.

This is a non-exempt position and eligible for overtime pay.

The Role:

• Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and programs
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, risk assessments, and JSAs to proactively identify and mitigate hazards
• Coordinate and deliver employee safety programs, workshops, training sessions, and new hire orientations
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive safety records, including incident reports, training documentation, and compliance records

The Candidate:

• A minimum of 2 years experience overseeing H&S in a manufacturing setting
• Bachelor Degree in environmental health and safety or a related field preferred. Experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
• Knowledge of state and federal EPA, OSHA regulations
• Lives within a commutable distance of the site in Great Falls, MT. Relocation Assistance is on offer for non-local candidates.
