At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, our restaurants are about flavour, energy, and experience. As Restaurant Manager - Lebanese Cuisine, you will take ownership of a signature dining concept, leading the front-of-house operation and delivering an authentic, high-quality guest experience that reflects both thecuisine and the Hard Rock brand.

This role is central to the success of the outlet and requires a strong leader who understands service excellence, team performance, and commercial awareness.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations for the Lebanese cuisine outlet
• Ensure service standards, guest experience, and brand consistency are delivered at all times
• Manage, train, and motivate the restaurant team to perform at a high level
• Drive guest satisfaction through attention to detail and personalised service
• Collaborate closely with Kitchen, Bar, and senior management teams
• Monitor operational costs, staffing levels, and service efficiency

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a senior supervisory role within a restaurant or hotel
• Strong understanding of Lebanese cuisine and dining culture
• Previous experience working in Lebanon or Lebanese restaurant
• A confident, hands-on leadership style with a guest-first mindset
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• The ability to manage high-volume service while maintaining quality and consistency
