Job Description

2J's Fresh Market is looking for someone passionate about exceptional customer service and attention to detail in our Produce Department!

What you'll be doing:

Department Maintenance- Ensuring shelves, displays, aisles, prep and storage areas are clean, meeting store and health department standards.

Product- Unloading produce from pallets and stocking shelves, backstock following FIFO procedures.

Prep- Prepping fruit and vegetables, ensuring top quality for our customers.

Fruit Cutting- Keeping up on inventory, cutting fruit following health department standards, keeping displays stocked.

What we are looking for:

Excellent communication skills. Excellent customer and employee service. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to lift and move 50lbs. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to work in cold, wet conditions. Open availability for scheduling. Regular, reliable attendance. Willingness to learn and grow to meet the changing environment.
