Job Title: Life Enrichment Assistant

Schedule: (32 hours per week)
Pay: $15.00/hour

This role is perfect for someone who loves planning events, building relationships, and spreading positivity throughout the community.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and leading daily activities, events, and outings for residents

• Encourage and engage residents in programs that support social, physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being

• Support residents in participating, including helping with setup, cleanup, and transportation within the community

• Collaborate with the Life Enrichment Director to create a vibrant and fulfilling calendar of events

• Bring a positive, enthusiastic energy to every activity

• Compassionate and patient with a genuine interest in working with seniors

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Previous experience in activities, caregiving, or customer service
