Patient Advocate - Dental (Full-Time)

Location: Alluvion Health - Great Falls, MT
Schedule: Monday through Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Status: Full-time | Non-Exempt |

Alluvion Health is seeking a Dental Patient Advocate to support our busy dental clinic. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and values compassionate care.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist patients with professionalism and care
• Schedule and confirm dental appointments
• Answer phones and respond to messages
• Collect and verify patient information and insurance
• Assist with financial eligibility (Sliding Fee Program)
• Collect payments, co-pays, and fees at time of service
• Maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
• Support dental providers with clerical and administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma, GED, or HiSET required
• Previous dental, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems a plus
• Valid Montana driver's license & ability to pass background check
