Description:

Our Client is a leading FMCG Multinational looking to hire Accounts Development Representative (MT/MM/TT) for Oman.

Job Purpose

Develop new business opportunities with individual accounts within the territory. Support Customer Representative (CR) Salesmen in growing accounts, by implementing full line distribution & execution standards. Manage & develop specific Regional Accounts. Provide market intelligence information to SM.

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure 100% achievement of sales targets & Objectives.
  2. On the job coaching & training during work with.
  3. One to One Relevant to work with, assess frontline performer capabilities & providing development feedback.
  4. Ensuring 100% MSL compliance.
  5. Measure achievements & objectives as per company policy.
  6. Excels in problem solving (Ability to take corrective action in case of any problem).
  7. Ensure the maintenance of FIFO, proper merchandising, and efficient implementation of Planograms.
  8. Adherence of promotions, pricing, launching of new products & execution of company's Consumer & trade initiatives.
  9. Ensure 100% compliance in the trade.
  10. Assessing route performance and taking corrective actions.
  11. Adhere to debit management company policy.
  12. Performance Appraisals with the CRs.
  13. Liaising with IT/Finance/Warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
  14. Quarterly business review with Top accounts.
  15. Finding & grooming the prospective/eligible salesmen for the next level through selective coaching.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education bachelor degree.
  • Age group between 28 - 40.
  • Driving license.
  • Computer literate (Emails, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 year experience within the FMCG industry.
  • Sales Planning / objective setting.
  • SAP System knowledge.

Skills

  • Multi-tasking & problem solving.
  • Negotiations & Communication.
  • Team Management.
  • Ability to train and coach CRs.
  • Sales Oriented & results driven.
  • Presentable.
  • Verbal Arabic speaking will be an advantage.
  • Arabic Speakers and based in Oman or Gulf will be an advantage.
