The Family Services Warehouse Worker will be responsible to support all daily functions of the Warehouse and surrounding property. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor. Essential Functions Assist with the daily pick up of donations from local retailers. Assist with the receiving and processing of food as directed by the Director of Social Services. Work cooperatively with warehouse staff to maintain adequate stores of perishable and non-perishable food and supplies, providing reports and inventories as needed to the Warehouse Supervisor. Assist with food box preparation, rotation and distribution. Provide accurate documentation and timely reporting of all Gift-In-Kind Donations. Assist with coordinating and receiving deliveries. Ensure the proper adherence of all required safety precautions. Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the Social Services Warehouse and exterior property (including adjacent garden).
