Responsibilities

•Assist guests with room issues or luggage if needed
•Shuttle guests to the airport
•Preventative maintenance in rooms and public areas as scheduled. To include repairs, painting, recaulking, grouting, and such
•Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed
•Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
•Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs

Qualifications

•Must be 25 or over with a clean driving record for Shuttle Service and Insurance purposes
•Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills
•Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent
•Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures
