Location: Onsite Dublin Georgia 31021

Duration: 6-month contract, potential for full-time conversion for right fit

Pay: on a W2 Basis No C2C No exceptions

Shift: M-F 40 hrs.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Forecasting & Production Planning in a manufacturing environment
• MRP (Materials Requirements Planning) & MPS (Master Production Schedule)
• Kaizen or continuous improvement methodology
• Advanced Excel skills (Data analysis, pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong problem-solving & attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage the Master Production Schedule to ensure production goals are met.
• Forecast material and component needs for production and ensure material availability.
• Work cross-functionally with teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, etc.) to ensure smooth production flow.
• Advise management on work progress, potential issues, and inventory needs.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize processes and reduce inefficiencies.
• Act as the primary contact for production status and schedule changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Have experience in production planning or scheduling.
• APICS certification preferred.
